Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you before processing the order.
  2. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time
    Delivery Zone Estimated Delivery Time Metro Cities (Tier 1) 3–5 business days Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 5–7 business days Remote/Rural Areas 7–10 business days Note: Delays may occur due to high demand, weather, regulatory checks (especially for pesticide shipments), or courier service disruptions.
  4. Shipping Charges
    Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Any octroi or local tax will be borne by the customer where applicable.
  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/email. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or from your account dashboard.
  6. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
    If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos and contact us within 24 hours. In case of delays beyond 10 days, please contact our support team at [email protected].
  7. Special Regulatory Note for Pesticides
    As per government regulations: Some pesticide products may require buyer license verification. Orders with missing license details may be delayed or cancelled after confirmation.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Please contact our customer support team for assistance. A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation.
    After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to Section 5: Return Process).
  2. Return Policy
    We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. TO ENSURE A REPLACMENT WIl BE DELIVERD WITHIN 4 to 5 business day.
  3. Refunds
    Refunds will be credited within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
